Taelors Birthday! May 26, 2008

Today was Taelors birthday. It fell on Memorial Day this year. She turned 6! I cant believe it. She is finished with Kindergarten and on her way to first grade. (which I am very excited about) She has grown up so much this past year and has learned so much in school. She is the "other mother" in the house, much to her siblings dislike. She is such a good helper for me and I just love her so much. With her birthday being on Memorial Day we had the family over for a party the night before. She got some great presents and enjoyed her cake. She wanted me to make a swiming pool cake. It didnt turn out very well, but she LOVED it. (Someday I want to really be a great cake decorator like Stacie and Destini!) On her birthday she got presents from us and we went to a family BBQ at Tylers grandmother house. The weather was not that enjoyable but I still think she had a great day. We stopped off on the way home for one of her favorite treats, icecream!! Happy Birthday Taelor! We love you!

I've finally done it

So here it is finally!!!! At our last friend get-together Becca and I were the only ones without a blog page. We were told that by next time we had to have one or else! So I see that Becca did one so that really just left me. Man I hate to be left out of things so I let peer pressure get to me and now I have my own page. Now I just have to figure out how the heck to use it and have Tyler teach me how to put pictures on it. Be patient with me guys!! Thanks for the push to do it, I am really excited!
